AIIM holds the exposition for the multi billion dollar image and document management industry.

AIIM contacted us and after we met we produced a Casino themed dinner event for them.

Transforming the Yacht into a Las Vegas style casino set up on 4 deck levels where guests tried their luck on slot machines, Black Jack tables, Craps Tables, Double Roulette tables and Money Wheels was the mission.

The attention given to the details ensured a smooth operation and the events success.

Over 600 guests boarded at the pier adjacent to the Javits Convention center and were welcomed by sharply attentive staff with trays of Champagne and Hors D'Oeuvres.

Raffles were continuous. Prizes donated by the exhibitors included Pocket PC's, Gift Certificates, Exotic Vacations, Ipods, Movado Watches, Kodak Cameras, Diamond Earrings, Mont Blanc Pens, DVD players, Monte Cristo Cigars and much more.

Buffet stations were the perfect setup for this function with Filet Mignon, Roast Turkey, Fettuccini Alfredo, Pasta Primavera and Caesar Salad Bars. Dessert was passed around.

After a beautiful sun set on the Statue of Liberty, guests danced and winners claimed prizes. The energy of the party continued into the night.

The AIIM casino cruise did a great deal in promoting the networking environment essential for building their global community spirit and was done for a good cause.

All of the proceeds from the event went to the New York Chapter of the Childrens Make A Wish Foundation.
