hotsauces, hosted a special hospitality event in New York City.
McIlhenny
decided that a cruise would be the special touch required. They chose Thomas Brooke to make it happen.
The
dinner cruise was the main event to a day of entertaining
activities for the guests. All were treated to a baseball
game in the early afternoon, then a theater performance and
last but not least the gala dinner.
The
highlight of the dinner cruise was the food.
The Chefs were flown in from Avery Island,
Louisiana home of Tabasco Brand. The menu included
Cajun specialties such as Chicken & Andouille
Gumbo, Shrimp Remoulade Salad, Beef Medallion with Wild Mushroom
Sauce, a Splendid Bananas Foster Bread Pudding, and plenty
of specially selected vintage wines.
