McIlhenny, the producers of Tabasco Brand
hotsauce returned to New York to launch their
newest hotsauce Chipolte.
Prior to their dinner cruise, the guests enjoyed activities which
included the Broadway theatre and major sporting events including
the US Open and Mets and Yankees games.
The
recreational events culminated with their dinner
cruise. The top shelf menu, which
was the highlight of the event, was typically Cajun in praise
of Louisiana, the home of Tabasco Brand.
The guests enjoyed Chicken & Andouille Gumbo, Shrimp Remoulade Salad, Beef Medallion with
Wild Mushroom Sauce, and Cajun Crab Cakes with dipping sauce. Vintage wines were specifically chosen to enhance their dining experience.
A
jazz ensemble added the perfect musical touch and the mild weather
made it all the more pleasurable.
